When you accept the inevitability of change, you know that an organization’s core values and accountabilities must be preserved, everything else must be questioned. Your focus then turns from resisting or reacting to change toward anticipating, welcoming, and exploiting change. You learn to find where the energy wants to go and you facilitate the flow.
