Leaders are decisive, yet fair
26. Dezember 2007
Individuals who procrastinate and take forever to make a decision or who “waffle” after one is made have a hard time leading. Effective leaders make decisions that are fair yet do not require so much time as to significantly dilute their effectiveness.
